- Providing top-quality support to our customers by phone and email on various topics in Norwegian and English.
- Being the customer's point of contact and ensuring they receive the correct information.
- Building meaningful relationships and answering customer questions in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Following management instructions and providing feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced level of Norwegian (at least C1) both orally and in writing.
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both orally and in writing.
- Strong communication skills, including good phone protocol, listening skills, and written competence.
- Willingness to learn and develop, be curious, and a skilled problem solver.
- A desire to live and work in Greece.
