Beskrivning

We are looking for a a communicative and self-driven security consultant to join our Cyber Security Expert Team at Location: Lindholmen (on site).
The team acts as a shared, organization wide capability, providing security expertise, guidance, and governance across the organization. Our ambition is to operate within a decentralized security governance model, empowering teams to take ownership of security with strong support from central experts. As the organization continues to evolve, we want to expand and strengthen our ability to support teams more closely and consistently than we can today.

We have several areas to work with and below are some examples for this position:
• Operational Security Support
Provide hands-on, day-to-day support to development and platform teams on security-related questions, findings, incidents, and risk assessments.
• Shift-Left & CI/CD Security Enablement
Support teams in integrating automated security controls, scanning, and policies early in the development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud, Application & Platform Security
Contribute to secure design and implementation across cloud environments, applications, and container-based platforms, following established best practices and benchmarks.
• Supply Chain & Dependency Security
Assist with vulnerability handling, third-party dependency management etc.
• DevSecOps Collaboration & Coaching
Work closely with development teams to raise security awareness and introduce practical security measures that support delivery speed and reliability.
• Expert Team Contribution
Actively contribute to the Cyber Security Team by sharing knowledge, improving ways of working, and helping evolve common standards and practices.

Technical Qualifications:
• Strong background in application, cloud, or infrastructure security, including vulnerability management and modern secure development practices.
• Cloud & Platform Experience - Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms and their core services (compute, identity, networking, logging, and monitoring).
• Engineering Mindset - Solid experience with modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code- Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
• Bonus - Experience with container orchestration platforms, security automation tools, and code or artifact scanning solutions.

• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working independently.
• Collaborative and pedagogical, with the ability to coach and influence engineering teams.
• Strong communicator, capable of driving change across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Merits:
• Previous experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, or security roles embedded within development or platform teams.
• Practical knowledge of software supply chain security and dependency governance.
• Familiarity with common security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting organizations through large-scale platform, cloud, or security transformations.
