Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Security Manager to oversee and develop security initiatives across the Nordic region. In this dynamic role, you'll work to enhance the security culture, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security strategies in line with Nordic and international standards.
  • Lead security operations, focusing on risk management, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote a strong security culture.
  • Train and support teams in proactive security measures and best practices.
  • Analyze and report security performance to drive strategic improvements.

    Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant academic degree in security, risk management, or related fields.
  • Bring over 5 years of security leadership experience in a global industrial organization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Nordic and international security regulations and customer requirements.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English and a Nordic language.
  • Known for driving change and building effective collaborations across teams.
