About the role:

Real Estate Loan Origination is a specialist team focusing on financing the largest and most high-profile transactions in the real estate market. We advise our clients, who range from listed companies to private equity firms, on their transactions and financing. The team is based in Stockholm, covering all the Nordic markets, and focuses mostly on M&A financing and transactions involving several lenders/investors. As a leading financier we also cooperate extensively with our Investment Banking colleagues at Corporate Finance (M&A/ECM) and DCM, meaning that this role will provide you with an opportunity to build an extensive network both in the market and within our institution.

We are looking for a highly ambitious candidate with a willingness to learn fast and develop within the team. As an Analyst you will be deeply integrated in the transaction process, all the way from idea generation and pitching through client meetings and negotiations to closing.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• MSc. degree with competitive grades, preferably in Finance or Accounting

• Up to 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Real Estate, Consulting, or a similar role

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• A strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills
