Private Wealth Management (PWM) has high growth ambitions and works purposefully to create relevant meeting places for both existing and potential clients. Events are an important business tool in this work—for deepening relationships, acquiring new clients, and positioning.
We are now looking for an Event Coordinator who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering PWM’s client events, with a clear focus on quality, structure, and business value.

About the role
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that PWM’s event activities are well coordinated, professionally delivered, and clearly linked to the organization’s overall business goals. You act as a hub between different teams within PWM and ensure that client events are planned, communicated, and followed up in a structured way.
The role is operational in nature, but also requires a solid understanding of the business and the target groups within Private Wealth Management.
