We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Digital workplace - Voice and Real time Services team in SEB.  Our team provides Corporate telephony-, Digital meeting-,Microsoft Teams- and Contact Center services to more than 16 000 users in 20 countries. Our goal is to modernize and transform our current deliveries to provide the best possible experience for all SEBs employees and our end customers.

 

This role will be working with our Digital Meeting solutions team, where you will be part of developing our services and maintaining a high quality delivery to our employees.

 

What you will be doing:

 

You will be a part of a senior team delivering business critical solutions. You will work in an Agile team located in Arenastaden in Stockholm and Vilnius. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams, internal stakeholders and external suppliers is an important part of our work. On a daily basis, we work daily operations, service developments and continuously looking into new products and services,  To name a few of our services, we work with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure, Meeting room applications and devices, Digital Signage, Crestron and creating automations for our services, We maintain what we build as well as participate in cross-team projects. In this role we also see a person who will support our PO/SDR with approval processes for new and existing solutions that will enhance “house in order” for the team apart from working with our technical solutions. 

The role will include:

  • Supporting PO/SDR within the approval process for new and current solutions as well as documentation
  • Involvement in solution design processes together with the Lead designer
  • Execution of the technical roadmap
  • Meeting room solutions developments
  • Maintaining and developing the product/service
  • Providing support to end-users and within the IT-organization
  • Working together with Second Line Support  to fulfill requests, incidents, changes and problems
  • Ensuring that documentation is developed and maintained
  • Improving the ways of working, tools and processes.
  • Continuously work to modernize the solution according to best practices 

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience from working in Cloud and On-prem Hybrid Environments
  • Have a high sense of “House in order” and interest in working with approval processes and documentation
  • Good communication and presentation skills, clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Have good organizational skills and good structure
  • Have experience from being a part of large organization with complex IT-environments and integrations
  • A team player, eager to learn who likes to share knowledge and help out
  • A positive attitude and someone who likes to work with both technical challenges as well as knowing the business logic behind it
  • Experience of Agile ways of working
  • Fluent in English
  • Certifications within the areas are meritorious
  • Experience working in PowerShell and with Graph API
