About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer who thrives in a collaborative team environment and has a strong passion for quality assurance and modern testing practices. This is a full on-site position in Malmö.

As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development of a business-critical platform, ensuring high-quality delivery through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will make informed decisions on when to leverage automation versus manual testing to achieve optimal coverage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases, ensuring clear and verifiable acceptance criteria.

• Perform manual testing alongside automation of regression test suites.

• Manage defect reporting and follow-up to maintain high-quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with product and platform teams to drive quality improvements.

• Focus on automation of regression testing, balancing efficiency and coverage.

• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, bringing clarity to complex situations and taking ownership of both technical and delivery aspects.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of established test design methods.

• Hands-on experience in creating and documenting test cases and test scripts.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Azure services.
