About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive development initiatives within our eMobility division. This role is central to ensuring that projects deliver on business objectives, meet customer expectations, and adhere to industrial and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the brand and business representative within larger development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional product development environment, working closely with R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, service, and quality teams.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure project decisions align with program and system development objectives.

  • Support project definition and contribute to decision-making materials, identifying risks and dependencies that may impact delivery, timelines, or business outcomes.

  • Manage changes in a structured and controlled manner, ensuring project deliveries adhere to agreed plans and objectives.

  • Report on project status, risks, and key decisions to relevant steering committees and leadership forums.

  • Balance technical solutions with business value, ensuring that initiatives create tangible benefits for customers and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within product development.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or other complex system development environments.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in large, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong experience integrating business and market perspectives into development projects.

  • Exceptional stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to drive decisions in complex environments.
