About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Exterior Automotive Designer to lead the development of innovative vehicle exterior designs. This role is responsible for managing the full design lifecycle—from initial concept to final production data—while ensuring alignment with engineering, manufacturing, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of cutting-edge exterior vehicle designs from ideation through to final tooling data.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements.

  • Create high-quality sketches, renderings, and 3D models that effectively communicate design intent and meet project objectives.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and forward-thinking design solutions.

Mentor and support junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous learning.

  • Report directly to the Chief Designers, providing regular updates, insights, and contributions to the overall design strategy.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design evolution, creativity, and executed projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive design principles, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
