About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP EAM Tester to support ongoing and upcoming S/4HANA transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP solutions by leading and executing testing activities within SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate business processes, ensure seamless integrations, and contribute to successful transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies for SAP EAM within S/4HANA programs

• Validate end-to-end business processes, particularly within SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and related MM flows

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across SAP systems

• Ensure quality assurance throughout implementation and migration phases

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams to define and validate requirements

• Support defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking

• Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing practices

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in ceremonies and sprint activities

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft DevOps for test management and tracking

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, with a strong focus on SAP EAM

• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations and migration projects

• Solid understanding of SAP Fiori applications and user experience validation

• Strong knowledge of integration flows between SAP and external systems

• Deep expertise in SAP PM work order processes, with familiarity in SAP MM processes

• Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP environments (highly desirable)

• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and distributed teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
