About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced C++ / .NET Engineer to join a team working on a large and technically advanced software framework. In this role, you will contribute to both the evolution of the existing platform and the development of new capabilities that support the long-term growth of the product.

This position is well suited for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working within a structured and mature codebase, and contributing to architectural discussions while remaining hands-on in development.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, refinements, and ongoing technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a large-scale software framework built with C++ and .NET technologies.

• Understand and work with framework components, data flows, and system dependencies.

• Maintain and improve the platform through bug fixes, refactoring, and performance optimization.

• Implement new features and enhancements based on stakeholder and product requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance product quality, maintainability, and development efficiency.

• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.

• Analyze existing implementations and propose improvements or alternative solutions when appropriate.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Professional experience developing software using C++ and .NET / C#.

• Experience building libraries, backend services, and APIs.

• Experience working within large and structured codebases.

• Knowledge of Windows desktop GUI development.

• Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming.

• Experience with backend services, machine-to-machine APIs, authentication/authorization, and databases.

• Ability to maintain, understand, and improve legacy systems.

• Familiarity with layered architecture and distributed systems with multiple dependencies.
