Marketing Automation Manager


Flyttsmart is Sweden's largest comprehensive digital moving service for moving and new homes. Since launching in May 2020, we have helped over 23 000 customers to fix everything they need related to their move – quick, easy and safe – while creating value for brokers and suppliers.

My name is Jonathan, and I run our Marketing & CRM. I am looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who wants to join us to develop our service and follow us on an exciting journey going forward. You will play a prominent role within our fast-growing tech company, where you will be working closely with me, the Chief Product Owner and the Technology team. You will also be a bridge between marketing and the customer success team within this role.


You will work in an innovative company with great possibilities to influence our product and to develop your skills within marketing automation and new marketing areas.



    • Own the development and improvement of our customer journeys to meet our OKRs with continuous A/B testing through all channels facing our users and leads. Focused on, but not limited to, website, SMS, e-mail and chat

    • Manage (own, develop and improve) initiatives powered by data and leverage real-time insights to optimize campaigns for revenue and user satisfaction

    • Work tight together with our product and tech team to ensure we give input and have tracking ability to measure our user interactions and funnels in all channels

    • Work tight together with our customer success team to ensure customer experience and coherent user experience

    • Lead the work with conversion optimization in outbound channels as well as on-site

    • Deliver insights and propose improvements internally and for our users

    • Develop marketing materials and sales content for relevant touchpoints with the help of our UX/UI resources.



  • Have at least 2-3 years experience in marketing automation (Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar) and at least one year working with analysing data to create valuable insights

  • Have a good understanding of segmentation and creating relevant audiences

  • Have experience in strategic thinking in building customer journeys for digital channels

  • Have hands-on experience working with targeted activities/CRM and A/B-testing

  • Have an eye for details and a love to challenge and be challenged

  • Take pride in your work and responsibility for your tasks

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
